Potenza in Seoul — radiofrequency microneedling for texture and scars
A radiofrequency device that can deliver heat through fine microneedles.
It may be considered for texture, visible pores and selected acne-scar concerns after examination. At Glassy, your dermatologist plans the area, intensity or product around your skin and goals, with comfort considered throughout.
It is not a laser. Adding a skin booster is a separate decision with separate suitability and risks.
Downtime, aftercare and side effects
Downtime:
Redness, swelling, pinpoint marks and temporary sensitivity are possible.
During treatment:
Prickling, heat and tenderness. Numbing and pauses may help; it is not necessarily painless.
Aftercare:
Ask when to restart makeup, exfoliating products and your usual skincare. Protect treated skin from the sun and follow the care plan given for your procedure.
If you are concerned:
Contact the clinic if symptoms are worsening or do not match the advice you were given.
RF microneedling can also cause burns, scarring, fat loss or nerve injury. These are important risks to discuss before treatment.
Who should not have it?
Your dermatologist checks suitability before treatment. Tell us if you:
Have an active infection, broken skin or a new unexplained rash in the area.
Have a known allergy to a proposed product or numbing medicine.
Take medicines, have a medical condition, or have had recent treatment in the same area.
Are pregnant or breastfeeding. Your doctor will discuss whether to postpone the proposed procedure.
Have an implanted electronic device or metal near the proposed area. Tell your doctor before energy-based treatment.
It is not a laser. Adding a skin booster is a separate decision with separate suitability and risks.
How much does it cost?
We confirm your exact price at consultation, before any treatment. All our prices include 10% VAT.
Your plan depends on the area, product or device, and any combined care. Ask the clinic for the total before deciding.

Is it just ordinary microneedling?
No. Potenza can add radiofrequency heat to needle treatment. That changes both its purpose and its risk profile.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of visits and spacing are personalized. We discuss a starting plan and review your response before recommending further treatment.
Can I combine it with another treatment?
Tell the clinic what you have recently had and what you are planning. Combining procedures is a separate decision; it depends on your skin, the products and the time available for recovery.
