Juvelook 1cc Price: What It Actually Buys (and Why It Can't Treat Your Whole Face)

At a glance

The 1 cc Juvelook price you often see in other clinics' quotes is for a small, targeted area, such as a few deep acne scars or a single wrinkle. It can't treat a whole face. Full-face skin-quality treatment usually needs about 3–5 cc; at Glassy Skin Clinic, full-face GLT™ Collagen Healer with Juvelook uses 4 cc (Essential) or 5 cc (Signature). Because "cc" also depends on how the vial was diluted, compare vials and technique, not just cc.

What does a Juvelook 1cc price actually buy?

The 1 cc price you often see in other clinics' quotes buys enough product for a small, targeted area, such as a few deep acne scars, a single deep wrinkle or a small depressed spot. It isn't enough to treat your whole face.

A per-cc quote needs context: Volume quoted; Product concentration; Treatment area. One cc does not describe a full-face plan.
One cc does not describe a full-face plan.

That's why a 1cc price can look much lower than a full-face price. They are not the same treatment. One is a spot treatment; the other covers every area of the face evenly.

How much Juvelook does a full face need?

For full-face skin quality (texture, pores, fine lines and glow), in our clinic's experience most faces need about 3–5 cc per session. At our clinic, full-face GLT™ Collagen Healer with Juvelook uses 4 cc (Essential) or 5 cc (Signature), delivered with a Hycoox 9-needle injector by a board-certified dermatologist. Both cover the full face except the eye area.

Goal Typical amount
A small spot: a few deep scars or one wrinkle About 1 cc, as often quoted by clinics
Full-face skin quality About 3–5 cc; at our clinic, 4 cc (Essential) or 5 cc (Signature)

Full-face Juvelook (GLT™ Collagen Healer with Juvelook — Essential, 4 cc) is ₩495,000 per session, or ₩450,000 per session as a 3-session course, including 10% VAT. See all options, including the under-eye area, on our Juvelook price page.

Why doesn't "cc" tell you the real dose?

Juvelook comes as a powder in a vial, and each vial is mixed with liquid before treatment. [1][2] The number of cc you receive depends on how much liquid was added. Vaim's English brochure lists 6 cc for the 50 mg Juvelook vial. [2] If a vial is mixed differently, 1 cc contains a different amount of the active ingredient.

So when you compare quotes, "cc" alone can be misleading. Ask:

  • Which product? (Juvelook i, Juvelook Skin, Juvelook or Juvelook Volume) [1]
  • How many vials, or how many mg, will I receive?
  • How will it be delivered, and to which areas?

At our clinic, we hydrate Juvelook with saline and add a local anesthetic for comfort, and it's prepared in three mixing steps: vortex, a second vortex right before treatment, and syringe-to-syringe mixing (how we prepare Juvelook). You can read more in Is more-diluted Juvelook weaker?

Does the delivery method change what 1 cc covers?

Yes. The same amount spreads differently depending on how it is delivered. At our clinic, Juvelook can be delivered in five ways: the Hycoox multi-needle injector, hand injection, TRIFILL Pro (MCURE, Korea — a CO₂ gas and drug delivery system that enables CO₂ gas-assisted subcision), Potenza RF microneedling and the CureJet needle-free jet injector. A multi-needle injector spreads small, even amounts across a wide area. Hand injection places product point by point and is used for deep, depressed scars or deep scar-like wrinkles; for scars, we can combine it with CO₂ gas-assisted subcision using TRIFILL Pro to get the most out of scar treatment. Which method, or combination, fits best depends on your concern, how severe it is and your dermatologist's assessment. For how each method works, see how Juvelook is delivered.

What should you ask when you see a 1cc price?

A 1cc price is useful information, not a warning sign. Just make sure you know what it covers:

  1. Is this price for a small area or the full face?
  2. How many cc, and how many vials, are recommended for my concern?
  3. Which Juvelook product is it?
  4. How will it be delivered?
  5. Is it one session or a course?
  6. Who performs the treatment?

Your questions

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is 1cc of Juvelook enough?

For a small area, such as a few deep acne scars or one wrinkle, the 1 cc amount often quoted by clinics can be enough. For the whole face, no. Full-face skin-quality treatment usually needs about 3–5 cc.

How many cc of Juvelook do I need for my full face?

Usually about 3–5 cc per session, depending on skin thickness and concerns. At our clinic, full-face treatment uses 4 cc (Essential) or 5 cc (Signature), not including the eye area.

How much is full-face Juvelook at Glassy Skin Clinic?

GLT™ Collagen Healer with Juvelook — Essential (4 cc, full face except the eye area) is ₩495,000 per session, or ₩450,000 per session as a 3-session course, including 10% VAT. All options are on our Juvelook price page.

Why is full-face Juvelook more expensive than a 1cc price?

It uses more product and more treatment time to cover the whole face evenly. The 1 cc price you often see in other clinics' quotes covers only a small area.

Does the delivery method change what 1 cc covers?

Yes. Hand injection places product point by point in specific spots, while a multi-needle injector spreads small, even amounts across a wide area. At our clinic, full-face Juvelook uses the Hycoox 9-needle injector, and hand injection is used for deep, depressed scars or deep scar-like wrinkles. The best method depends on your concern, how severe it is and your dermatologist's assessment.
